| No. 10 Lands End comfortably accommodates 12 to 14 people. There are 4 bedrooms en suite, 2 bedrooms with a central shared bathroom and an additional small bedroom off the main bedroom suitable for a small child/ infant. The house is luxuriously furnished and is situated in a treed street on the edge of a beautiful nature reserve. Sea and River views are exceptional and each room has a private terrace/ balcony area. Room Main en suite has a hand carved king size four poster bed and a beautiful bathroom with jet bath and steamshower. An additional small room en suite, suitable for study or infant. Single bed and camp cot provided. The main en suite is upstairs and all rooms have access to a covered balcony with views overlooking the nature reserve, the sea and the river mouth. Room Thomas Stanley – Queen size bed with sleeper couch, en suite double shower room. A very large room with access to front upstairs covered balcony. Dining room open plan to the kitchen and with access to covered balcony. A fully equipped scullery area with washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Inside Games room with pool table. Access to covered balcony. Outside covered Games room equipped with a table tennis table and a dart board overlooking the swimming pool and barbeque area. The Swimming pool is in a private courtyard area with a built in jetmaster barbeque. Double lock-up garaging is provided. The house is fully alarmed and for additional security and peace of mind the alarm is connected to a security response company. Housekeeping service is provided. This entails the daily making-up of the rooms and bathrooms, linen and towel refreshing. An additional daily charge of R160.00 will apply. All linen and towels, including swimming towels are provided. |
