Rates for rental of complete house

 

1 October  to 30 November                 R3500.00 per day

 1 December  to 30 April                       R4500.00 per day

 1 May  to 31 July                                 R3000.00 per day

 1 August  to 30 September                   R3000.00 per day

All rates exclude Tourism Levy

Rental Conditions

 

• A Deposit of 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival to secure the reservation.

• The Balance of the full rental amount to be paid on arrival.

• Housekeeping charges to be paid on the day of departure.

• An indemnity letter is to be signed by the principal rentor on arrival.  Any financial restitution due for damage to the property / breakages etc., is payable on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

 

• Reservations cancelled between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to the loss of 20% of the deposit paid.

• Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to the loss of the full deposit paid.
